Jason Lewis

Jason Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason worked as the Director of Information Management & Business Intelligence at Providence Care, where they managed several departments. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Quality & Information Management at the Regional Paramedic Program, where they coordinated the collection and analysis of EMS data. Jason also founded and led WOW Document Management Services, a successful company specializing in records management. Jason has experience in procurement, QA & QC standards, ERP roll-outs, and data collection. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Registered Polysomnographic Technician at the Royal Ottawa Hospital and as a Lead QA Specialist at Corel Corporation and Nellcor Puritan Bennett Melville Ltd.

Jason Lewis obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology Honours from Carleton University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. Jason received a Lean Certification (Green Belt) from Six Sigma Canada Inc. in October 2014 and is a Black Belt Candidate. In May 2014, they obtained a Canadian Patient Safety Officer certification from the Canadian Patient Safety Institute. Jason also earned a Project Management Support Certificate from Priority Management in May 2014. Lastly, in May 2013, they completed a Root Cause Analysis Program at the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP).
