As leader of the CAD department, Gretchen manages the workload, scheduling, and quality standards essential for a smooth drawing production process. An experienced master of AutoCAD and Revit, she reviews projects with project managers early in the design process, and develops the most effective procedures for document preparation on each unique project. She works closely with their most senior engineers to develop typical structural details and drawing standards to maintain quality and consistency in their drawings. Gretchen also has many years of experience preparing cold-storage and food processing building details for facilities designed for cooler and freezer temperatures.
