Jim Martin

Jim Martin serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and System Controller at Providence Health & Services since November 2015, overseeing financial processes and compliance for an organization with $25 billion in revenue and $30 billion in assets. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at Microsoft from 2007 to 2015, including Senior Director of Corporate Accounting and Treasury Controller, focusing on US GAAP compliance and financial performance for multiple segments. Jim's career also includes leadership roles at Electronic Arts, Sun Microsystems, and Deloitte & Touche, highlighting a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance. Jim graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1994.
