Li Hsin-Fang (Grace) is a Principal Statistician at Providence Health & Services since July 2013, with extensive experience in applied statistics and database management across multidisciplinary research projects. Proficient in predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization, Li Hsin-Fang has contributed significantly to research and operational improvement activities through expert statistical consulting. Prior to this role, Li Hsin-Fang served as a Research Analyst III at Providence Health & Services and held the position of Senior Research Assistant/Analyst at the University of Kentucky. Li Hsin-Fang earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Arts in Biostatistics from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics and Earth and Ocean Sciences from The University of British Columbia.
