Josephine Nwoko

Josephine Nwoko has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare. Josephine is currently an Adjunct Faculty - Clinical Nurse at Washington Adventist University, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Providence Hospital (Providence Health System) as a Clinical Director Associate/Occupational Health and Wellness and as a Nurse Practitioner, where they provided clinical care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and outpatient Geriatric Clinics. Josephine also served as a Geriatric NP at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center, a Nurse Practitioner at Doctor's Community Hospital, and an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner at the INFECTIOUS DISEASE CARE CENTER.

Josephine Nwoko has a Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner from the University of Maryland. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Hampton University. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a certification in Medical Examiner from NRCME Training Online, LLC.
