Deborah Hitchcock has a rich history in the field of social work and compliance. Deborah has held various positions such as Compliance and Quality Manager at Providence House, Training Supervisor at Independent Consultant, Project Manager at Front Steps Housing and Services, Compliance Specialist at Murtis Taylor Human Services Center, Hospital Care Liaison at The Nord Center, and Adjunct Therapist at Beech Brook. Deborah holds a MSW in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a BA in Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from Hiram College. Throughout their career, Deborah has demonstrated a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, documentation requirements, and providing support to individuals in need.
Providence House
Providence keeps kids safe and families together, embracing them with support to enhance stability that strengthens communities. We offer free, voluntary emergency shelter and services to children from newborn through twelve years old in a loving, trauma-informed, home-like setting while our Social Work Team helps parents and guardians address their challenges through family preservation services, including case management, counseling, parent education, and connections to more than 130 community partners, to enhance stability for the future. We also provide family preservation services in the community through our Community Education and Resiliency Program.
