Roger Barnhard is a seasoned professional with experience in sales, marketing, inventory control, and client development. Currently serving as the United States Regional Manager at Bark Beads, Roger also holds the position of Community Outreach Development Officer at Providence House. With a background in corporate service management at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Roger has a strong foundation in program development, client satisfaction, and marketing. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Cleveland State University, along with additional education from Case Western Reserve University, Universidad de las Americas Mexico, and St. Ignatius High School.

Providence House
Providence keeps kids safe and families together, embracing them with support to enhance stability that strengthens communities. We offer free, voluntary emergency shelter and services to children from newborn through twelve years old in a loving, trauma-informed, home-like setting while our Social Work Team helps parents and guardians address their challenges through family preservation services, including case management, counseling, parent education, and connections to more than 130 community partners, to enhance stability for the future. We also provide family preservation services in the community through our Community Education and Resiliency Program.
