Prashant Duggal

Prashant Duggal is a Senior Manager in Strategic Program Management at Providence India since September 2022. Prior to this role, Prashant spent over seven years at Deloitte in various positions, including Manager in the Talent Operations Management Team, where responsibilities included designing and implementing strategic HR projects, and Manager in the Talent Business Advisory team focused on HR business partnering for the USI Advisory function. Earlier roles encompassed Senior Analyst positions in HR Analytics and consulting campus recruitment, along with foundational experience as an Analyst. Prashant began professional career as an intern at Deloitte India (Offices of the US) after earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology.
