David Leader has extensive experience in the senior living industry. David began their career in 2002 as the Chief Operating Officer at Country Meadows Retirement Communities, where they played a crucial role in the company's operations for over a decade. In 2013, David joined Providence Place Senior Living as the President and CEO. David currently holds this position and is responsible for overseeing the overall management and success of the organization.
David Leader completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Princeton University between 1977 and 1981. From 1985 to 1987, they attended The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in International Studies. During the same period, they also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School.

With seven communities across central and eastern Pennsylvania, we offer senior living options for independent living, personal care, assisted living and two-levels of memory support & care.
