Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa began their career in 2001 as the Director of Administrative Services at Providence Service Corporation, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they served as the Executive Director at Traditions of Hershey from 2007 to 2011. Lisa then joined Country Meadows Retirement Communities as the Employment Manager from 2011 to 2014. Currently, Lisa is working at Providence Place Senior Living, where they have held several roles including Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources.

Lisa Allen, SHRM-CP, graduated from West Virginia University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2016, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification. Additionally, Lisa has obtained certifications as an Assisted Living Administrator from the PA Department of Human Services in 2021 and as a Personal Care Home Administrator in 2020.
