Lina Bravo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Learning Lounge Coordinator at Providence Public Library since November 2018, where responsibilities include co-managing workforce development services and providing career coaching to a diverse community. Previous roles include Coordinator of Clothing Collaborative & Refugee Resource Center at Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island, where Lina promoted the Resource Center and co-managed grants. Additional experience includes instructing Spanish and GED subjects, tax assistance for minorities, and various positions in engineering and commercial analysis in the energy sector. Lina holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and has completed leadership training at the Latina Leadership Institute.
