Takeysha Duarte MSN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Providence Community Health Centers since October 2018, also serving as a Nurse Practitioner Residency Mentor. Prior experience includes roles as Staff Nurse at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center from October 2015, and as a Staff Nurse in an OB/GYN clinic at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center from May 2014 to October 2015. Takeysha has a diverse nursing background, having worked as a Float Pool RN at South Shore Health System from February 2011 to May 2015, providing care across various units, and as an RN Care Coach, coordinating care for high-risk patients. Earlier experience includes Staff Nurse duties in a Step Down Unit at Caritas St. Elizabeth Medical Center from September 2007 to February 2011. Takeysha holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, along with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
