Steve Woods

Steve Woods is an experienced professional in the field of credit risk and analytics, currently serving as Credit Systems Data Manager at Provident Financial Group since April 2014, while also holding the title of Senior Analyst. Previously, Steve held various roles at Provident Financial from August 1998 to April 2014, including Credit MIS Analyst, Business Analyst, and Credit Risk Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed scorecard monitoring, improving credit policies, and producing monthly credit reports. Additionally, Steve contributed as a Fraud Analyst and Project Analyst, focusing on database support and the development of systems to enhance fraud detection and pilot program evaluations. Steve obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Humberside from 1994 to 1997.
