Glenn Wertheim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and mortgage industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Provident Funding Associates L.P. since February 2023, Wertheim also provides strategic guidance as a Board Advisor for Perennial Promise Growers Cooperative, which focuses on regenerative agriculture. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Colorado Federal Savings Bank and Provident Funding, where significant achievements included high performance in loan servicing, leading to recognition from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Wertheim's leadership as President and CEO of Charter Bank facilitated notable growth, while earlier tenure as President of Charter Mortgage Company established it as a premier lender in New Mexico. Wertheim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Occidental College and is an alumnus of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
