Zbigniew Hojka

Zbigniew Hojka has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director for Central Europe and Board Member at Provident Polska since November 2010, while also holding the position at International Personal Finance Plc since July 2017. Hojka has successfully led human resources strategies and operations in multiple countries, earning Provident Polska the TOP EMPLOYER award eight times between 2013 and 2020. Previous roles include Director of HR at Sikorsky Aircraft, where Zbigniew transformed the company into a modern aviation firm, and HR Director at ING Bank Śląski, implementing a significant HR transformation program. Zbigniew's career began within ING Bank Śląski, where several progressive roles included overseeing multiple departments and directly launching a pension project. Academic qualifications include degrees from the University of Silesia in Katowice and Krakow University of Economics, with further executive education at INSEAD.
