David Grand has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David started their career as an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer at HBE Corporation from January 2002 to July 2005. David then worked at Thompson & Knight LLP as an Associate Attorney from September 2008 to July 2012, specializing in private equity fund formations and investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and commercial transactions. Currently, David serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Provident Resources Group Inc., a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Provident Resources Group Inc. including Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel from January 2020 to January 2022, Vice President & Associate General Counsel from May 2016 to January 2022, and Associate Counsel from July 2012 to January 2022.
David Grand obtained their Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University between 1997 and 2001, with a minor in Business Administration. David then went on to complete their Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from LSU Law from 2005 to 2008.
