Ana-Maria Radu

Ana-Maria Radu is a seasoned professional in the financial sector with extensive experience in complaints management and debt recovery. Currently serving as Complaints Team Leader and previously as Collection Support Specialist at Provident Financial Romania since May 2021, responsibilities include managing client arrears, processing payments, preparing reports, and handling customer communications.
