Kevin Dumaresque

Kevin Dumaresque, FCPA, CA, ICD.D, serves as President of KDD Consulting Inc. since May 2019, providing advisory services in family businesses, executive mentorship, board governance, and related domains. Currently, Dumaresque also holds positions on several boards, including Chairperson of the Board at Genoa Design International Ltd. and Board Member at Newfoundland Labrador Liquor Corporation and Provident10. From March 2013 to January 2019, Dumaresque was Chief Financial Officer at Irving Oil, overseeing financial services and strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Partner at Deloitte from September 2007 to March 2013, where Dumaresque led various advisory and auditing services for diverse industries. Dumaresque holds an ICD.D designation in Corporate Governance from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Memorial University.
