Benny Allen currently serves as Counsel at Providentia, focusing on negotiating and drafting enterprise technology agreements while advising on legal, privacy, compliance, and business risk issues to support global growth. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Associate Attorney at Hoge Fenton, where commercial contracts for enterprise deals were negotiated; Attorney at Spero Therapeutics, handling biotech agreements; and Commercial Attorney at the Law Offices of Lahdan S.
