Lesia Scherbakova currently serves as the Director of Medical Sales at Persha Insurance Company since July 2023. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Lesia has held multiple leadership positions at CJSC "Insurance Company "PROVIDNA"​ since December 2014, including Chairman Of The Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Deputy Chairman of Personal Insurance. Additionally, Lesia has been Vice President at both "IC" and PROVIDNA Ins.Co. since 2014 and August 2001, respectively, and was previously the Director of the Personal Insurance Department at CJSC "IC" PROVIDNA" from August 2010 to March 2014.
