Justin Leitzen

Justin Leitzen is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in provider network strategy and management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Unified Health Plan since July 2022 and at ProviDRs Care since April 2017, Justin has previously held key leadership roles, including Director of Provider Network Management at AmeriHealth Caritas and Director of Contracting and Network Development at ProviDrs Care Network. With a strong background in coordinating provider contracts, managing network operations, and implementing value-based initiatives, Justin has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing healthcare quality while reducing costs. Justin's earlier career includes program development in the Division of Medicaid and leadership in the United States Air Force as a Clinic Operations Manager. Justin holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Kaplan University.
