Aisha K.'s work experience begins in 2007 as a Physician at Allied Hospital, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2019, they held roles as a Senior Healthcare Consultant and Project Management Specialist at Daman - National Health Insurance Company. In 2012, they also worked as a Psychology Specialist. In 2020, they transitioned to Providence Health Care, where they served as a Clinical Informatics Specialist and a Medical Screener. In 2020, they also worked as a Change Specialist, providing coaching and support to high achievers and entrepreneurs. Currently, they are working as a Clinical Informatics Lead at Provincial Health Services Authority, focusing on system design and implementation for healthcare providers.

Aisha K. has completed a Graduate Certificate in Medical Informatics from The University of British Columbia, with an expected end year in 2024.
