Darren Walton currently serves as the Senior Director of Employee Records and Benefits at the Provincial Health Services Authority since December 2022, leading the integrated ERB function. Previously, Darren held multiple key positions at HSBC from October 2004 to February 2022, including HR Chief Operating Officer, where accountability for operations, financials, and employee service improvements was demonstrated through significant initiatives like the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
