Heather Allen

Heather Allen is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and development integration. Currently serving as the Director of Development Integration Projects for the Provincial Health Services Authority since December 2007, Heather has held various roles including Manager of Project Controls and Lead Portfolio Controller. Prior experience includes working as a Coordinator at the BC Oil and Gas Commission from September 2005 to December 2006 and as a Credit Analyst at Travelers from September 2004 to May 2006. Heather Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Simon Fraser University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
