Jennifer Martin

Jennifer Martin is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Provincial Health Services Authority since May 2020. Previously, Jennifer held the position of VP People at Anthem Properties Group Ltd. from June 2019 to February 2020 and was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Arc'teryx Equipment Inc. from February 2013 to June 2019. In that role, Jennifer led the Human Resources Department, managing various HR functions for over 800 employees across multiple locations. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Regional HR Operations Manager at WorkSafeBC from April 2007 to February 2013 and as Director of Human Resources at Commissionaires BC for a year. Additionally, Jennifer operated as an HR Consultant from 2001 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
