Leah Lasarte

Leah Lasarte is an experienced policy and strategy professional with a strong background in Indigenous health and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager for Policy & Strategy in Indigenous Health at the Provincial Health Services Authority since November 2024, Leah previously held various roles at the First Nations Health Authority, including Acting Director and Manager of Strategic Policy. Early career experiences include a Regulatory Analyst Intern position at the British Columbia Utilities Commission, Social Issues & Community Engagement Coordinator at The Women's Centre of Calgary, and roles in social work and community resources. Leah holds a Master of Public Policy from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary.
