Libby Brown

Libby Brown, APR has a diverse work experience in the field of communications. Libby began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at the North Vancouver Recreation Commission in 2001. Libby then worked as a Communications Consultant at the Provincial Health Services Authority in 2003. From 2006 to 2009, Libby served as a Communications Lead at the BC Ministry of Health and Vancouver Coastal Health. Libby later joined the BC Health Authority Shared Services Organization as a Communications Consultant from 2008 to 2009. Libby also worked as a Communications Lead for the Divisions of Family Practice initiative from 2009 to 2010. Libby became an Associate at Navigo Consulting and Coaching, as well as a Consultant at the BC School Trustees Association in 2010. Libby then assumed the role of Communications Lead at the Physician Quality Assurance from 2013 to 2014. Finally, they became the Director of Communications at the Provincial Health Services Authority in 2014.

Libby Brown, APR holds a BPR degree in Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University, which was completed between 1985 and 1988. Libby also possesses a BSc degree in Psychology from Acadia University, although the specific dates of completion are unknown. Additionally, Libby received a Change Management Methodology certification from Prosci Certification in 2011.
