Mike Ashe

Mike Ashe has a diverse work experience in various industries such as consulting, healthcare, finance, technology, and venture capital. Mike has served as the President of Actualizer Consulting Corporation since 2008, leading organizations to achieve increased ROI and efficient business processes. Mike has also worked as the Acting Director and Program Manager at the Provincial Health Services Authority since 2018. In their previous roles, they have held positions such as Regional PMO Lead and Programme Manager at HSBC, Director of Operations and Project Management at Backbone Technology, and Regional Vice President at CIBC. Additionally, they have experience as the Regional Director at Marlborough Stirling Canada, where they successfully introduced a financial services solution and managed solution implementation for multiple corporate financial institutions. Mike Ashe attended the University of Victoria from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in International Business. In 1999 to 2000, they attended Capilano University and received a Diploma of Business Administration in their Computer Specialist Program. Additionally, Mike Ashe has obtained certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2014, and certifications in Microsoft Systems Engineering and Novell Administration in 2000.
