Ray Cohen

Ray Cohen is an experienced professional in the field of clinical informatics and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Implementation for Clinical Informatics at the Provincial Health Services Authority since November 2022, Ray leads various initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery. Prior to this role, Ray was the Implementation Lead and Senior Project Manager at Vancouver Coastal Health, contributing significantly to the implementation of various projects. Ray’s background includes positions at Shoppers Drug Mart as an Assistant Store Manager and On-site Project Manager, as well as serving as a Finance Clerk and Local Guard at the US Embassy in Israel, where a key achievement involved negotiating contracts that greatly reduced customs processing times. Ray holds a degree in Project Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and additional educational experience from The Open University of Israel.
