Marc van Zanten

Marc van Zanten has been serving as a Gebiedsregisseur & Toezichthouder van Blauwestad at Provincie Groningen since January 2015, where responsibilities include maintaining residential areas and pathways. In addition to this role, Marc has taken on the position of Adviseur Kunst en kustlandschap, focusing on the intersection of art and coastal development, leveraging a background as a visual artist. Since 1994, Marc has worked independently as a beeldend kunstenaar, creating both autonomous and applied art, with a deep-seated passion for art realized later in life. Marc holds a Bachelor's Degree in autonomous arts with a specialization in sculpture from Academie St. Joost Breda.
