Bouwe Van den Oever has extensive experience in advisory roles, particularly focusing on circular economy and innovation since January 2019 at Provincie Noord-Holland. As an advisor for van den Oever consultancy since September 2017, Bouwe has specialized in consultancy, research, sales, and business development. Previously, Bouwe served as Commercial Manager for the energy cluster at Port of Amsterdam from December 2012 to July 2016, and as a Marketing Consultant at Havenbedrijf Amsterdam from November 2008 to December 2012, where responsibilities included marketing plans and commercial strategies.
