Dewy Splinter

Dewy Splinter has extensive experience in functioneel beheer, currently serving in the role at Provincie Noord-Holland since September 2022, and previously at Van Oord from April 2018 to September 2022. Prior to this, Dewy held various HR-related positions at Sanquin from November 2010 to March 2017, including roles in recruitment and leadership program organization. Dewy also undertook a traveling experience around multiple countries in 2010 and has worked in safety and logistics roles at Beverwijkse Bazaar and Stichting Nationale Special Olympics 2008. Dewy’s early career included communication internships and a management assistant traineeship. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in communication from Inholland University (2003-2007) and an MBO degree in management assistance from Regio College Zaanstreek Waterland (2000-2003).
