Jan de Later

Jan De Later is an experienced contract manager with a diverse background in infrastructure projects, currently serving as Contractmanager ABS at Provincie Noord-Holland since November 2021. Prior roles include managing contracts for the N211 Wippolderlaan at Provincie Zuid-Holland and various positions at Rijkswaterstaat, including the A6 Almere Lelystad contract and multiple contracts focused on renovations and maintenance of infrastructure. Jan has also worked at Provincie Flevoland, Schiphol, and other organizations, accumulating extensive expertise in contract management and procurement.
