Manon Sernee has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a project/program manager and strategic lawyer at Provincie Noord-Holland since 2003. Key roles include procesmanager for Formule 1 and strategic advising for the future public section of Huis van Hilde, as well as various project management positions related to regional development and sustainable economy initiatives. Prior to Provincie Noord-Holland, Manon held positions as a management consultant at Brunel Legal and as a jurist at the Council of Amstelveen. Educational qualifications include a post-academic specialization in administrative law from Grotius Academie and a degree in Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by strategic management training at NSOB and management program training at Provincie Noord-Holland.
