Ruud Konijn

Ruud Konijn is an experienced project manager and builder with a strong background in project management and real estate. Currently serving as Projectleider at Provincie Noord-Holland since June 2021 and as Directievoerder Vastgoed ai at Woningstichting Rochdale Amsterdam since January 2019, Ruud also acts as Bouwmanager for BARK bouwmanager, providing project management and supervision for various clients in Amsterdam and surroundings. As the owner of Bouwmanagement & Advies Ruud Konijn since 2007, Ruud has led multiple projects, including serving as interim projectleider for Planmatig Onderhoud VvE at Ymere and projectleider at Woonstichting De Key. Ruud's academic credentials include a bachelor's degree in Bouwmanagement & Vastgoed from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2009.
