Sam Bulthuis

Sam Bulthuis is a professional with diverse experience in project management, consulting, and community engagement. Currently serving as Projectsecretaris Mobiliteit at Provincie Noord-Holland since July 2023, Sam previously worked as a Senior Consulent at StudiJob from January 2020 to May 2022. In addition, Sam participated as a Stembureaulid for the Tweede Kamer elections in 2021 and the Gemeenteraadsverkiezing in 2022. Prior roles include Senior Partner Specialist at bol.com, Junior Partner Specialist at Temper, and an internship at International Blue Crescent, focused on supporting Syrian refugees in Turkey. Sam has also held various positions in student organizations, including Penningmeester and organizing events, while gaining practical experience as a barman in multiple bars and restaurants. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Political Science - International Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Algemene Sociale Wetenschappen from the University of Amsterdam.
