Wilma Cavens has extensive experience in financial management and control, currently serving as Teamleider Planning en Control at Provincie Noord-Holland since July 2010, overseeing the development of financial frameworks and budget realization. Previously, Wilma held various roles at Gemeente Voorschoten, including Concerncontroller and Interim teamleider financiën, and worked as Coordinator ICT. Earlier in Wilma's career, experience as a researcher in medical informatics was gained at TNO. Wilma holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Nyenrode Business University and completed a degree at Wageningen University & Research from 1978 to 1987.
