Arnold Hoekjen

Arnold Hoekjen is a seasoned professional in contract management with extensive experience in various roles within the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager at Provincie Overijssel since September 2018, Arnold is responsible for contract management within the Eenheid Wegen en Kanalen. Previously, Arnold held positions as a Contract Manager and Contract Advisor within the same unit, focusing on procurement and tenders. Prior to that, Arnold worked at Arcadis from February 2006 to August 2018 as a Project Manager and Contract Manager, specializing in innovative contract forms and risk management.
