Sabina Jonker

Sabina Jonker is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic policy development and implementation, particularly in the fields of information provision and digitalization. Currently serving as Lead Ontwikkeling BV Informatievoorziening en Digitalisering at Provincie Overijssel since October 2019, Sabina has played a critical role in guiding strategic decisions and leading colleagues. Previous positions include Programmaleider for the implementation of the omgevingswet and various project leadership roles. Sabina's earlier experience includes strategic policy advisory roles at Gemeente Zwolle and Gemeente Emmen, focusing on youth assistance and societal support policies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from HBO Nederland.
