Leah van der Velde has over 15 years of experience in client care and customer service, currently serving as Client Care Lead at ProviNET Solutions since August 2008. Prior to this role, Leah worked as an Account Assistant at ProviNET Solutions and gained experience as a Bookseller at Barnes & Noble and a Youth Services Assistant at LaGrange Public Library in 2008. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Calvin University and an Associate of Arts in Education from Dordt University.
