Amanda Wilder has a diverse background in the food industry, beginning with self-employment at Farm Livestock Enterprise in 2001. In 2012, they completed a Food Science Internship at Clear Springs Foods, followed by a Food R&D Internship at J.R. Simplot Company in 2013. In 2014, they held a Quality Assurance Internship at AB Foods - Washington Beef LLC and a Graduate Research Assistant position at Kansas State University. From 2017-2021, Wilder worked at Boar's Head Brand as a Corporate Food Safety Manager, Ingredient Scientist, and R&D Concept Developer. Currently, they are working as a US Sales employee at Provision Analytics and as a Plant Based Ingredients Sales employee at AGT Food and Ingredients Inc.
Amanda Wilder's education history includes a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Kansas State University, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from the University of Idaho, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
