Erica Jepson

Erica Jepson is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in financial systems and technology project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Provisions Group since January 2024, Erica previously held the role of Senior Tech Project Manager at SmileDirectClub, where leadership was provided for multiple finance-focused projects. Prior to that, Erica was with Walt Disney World for nearly a decade, progressing from an Accountant to a Financial Systems Manager, overseeing various finance-related projects and optimizing processes. Educationally, Erica holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Webster University, along with two Bachelor's degrees—one in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and another in Accounting from Washington State University.
