Michael Fleming has over 15 years of experience in the technology and engineering fields, currently serving as the Product Development & Ingenuity Center Manager at Provisur Technologies Inc since June 2008. Michael has also held roles such as Product Development & Ingenuity Technician, Field Service Technician, and Product Development Team Leader within the same organization. Prior to joining Provisur, Michael worked for the U.S. Coast Guard as a Machinery Technician from August 1998 to August 2008. Michael holds an educational background from Northwestern Illinois University.
