NMC ProVita International Medical Center, a subsidiary of the UAE's largest private healthcare provider NMC Healthcare, is the pioneer for post-acute care (including long-term care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and home health services) in the Middle East.

NMC ProVita specializes in the treatment and management of non-acutely ill patients of all ages requiring premium personalized healthcare services in a comfortable and compassionate setting. Established in 2011, NMC ProVita manages 2 multidisciplinary therapy outpatient departments and a total of almost 280 post-acute care beds at designated facilities in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Muscat, Oman as well as private units at NMC Royal Hospital Abu Dhabi and Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah to address all inpatient and outpatient post-acute care needs across the region.

NMC ProVita also manages the skilled nursing, medical, rehabilitation and dialysis needs of almost 300 patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the UAE as the operator of Americare Home Health Services, Taskeen, Premiere, Reaya and Emirates Rehabilitation &.

NMC ProVita was the first long-term care rehabilitation facility in the region to attain the prestigious Joint Commission International Accreditation in 2013. NMC ProVita was also awarded the distinguished three-year accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International (CARF) in 2017 for its patient-centric protocols and its commitment to improving patients’ quality of life. For the third time, NMC ProVita received the prestigious three-year Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation in 2019 until 2022.
