Eamonn Lunn began their work experience as a Sales Executive at Soundstore in September 2006. During their time there, they were appointed the "3 Champion" for 3 Broadband, resulting in a 100% increase in sales within six months. Eamonn was also recognized as the top salesperson across six stores for high-margin Monster Cables. In June 2011, Lunn joined Virgin Media Ireland as an Inbound Sales agent. Eamonn quickly achieved the "Agent of the Month" title and maintained consistent performance throughout their role. Eamonn was also tasked with training new employees based on their techniques. In November 2013, Lunn transitioned to a Customer Loyalty Agent role where they achieved an average save rate of 84% (75% target) and successfully reduced churn by 22% within the first four months of the customer lifecycle. In December 2014, they became a Training Specialist at Virgin Media and later a Continuous Improvement Specialist in July 2017. Lunn's most recent work experience is as a Sales and Business Development Manager at Provizio starting in May 2022.

Eamonn Lunn attended the University of Limerick from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Lean in Continuous Flow Processes, specializing in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they attended the Limerick Institute of Technology, focusing on Multimedia Computing with Design. Eamonn's earliest known educational experience dates back to 1999 to 2005 when they attended John the Baptist Community School in Hospital, Co. Limerick. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, namely "A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement" and "The Science of Logo Design," both obtained from LinkedIn in August 2020.
