Minjae Richard Kim

MinJae Richard Kim is currently a Legal Extern in the Civil Division of the City Attorney’s Office at Provo City from January 2024. Additionally, MinJae has been serving as a Law Enforcement Officer since April 2017. In the summer of 2024, MinJae held the position of Summer Associate at Spencer Fane LLP. MinJae is a J.D. Candidate at BYU Law School, projected to graduate in 2025, and holds a B.S. in Applied Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Educational background also includes studies at Boston University in 2012 and at the University of California, Berkeley from 2011 to 2014, as well as attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy.
