Jim Linklater

Customer Success Team Lead at Provoke Solutions

Jim Linklater has worked in the IT industry since 1985, starting as a Technician at Telecom New Zealand. Jim then moved to Unisys in 1991 as a Customer Services Engineer, followed by Asnet as a Service Manager in 1995. In 1998, they returned to DTSL in various roles, before becoming a Customer Solutions Manager at Mercury IT in 2006. Jim was then Service Manager at DTSL again from 2013 to 2022, before their current role as Customer Success Team Lead at Provoke Solutions.

Jim Linklater attended Wellington College from 1980 to 1984.
