Lauren R. began their professional career in 2018 working as a Front of House Staff Member at Comes & Goes Cafe. In 2019, they took on a role as a Freelance Designer. In 2020, they joined Synthesis Marketing as a Design Assistant. Currently, they are employed at Provoke Solutions as an Associate Consultant - Experience Design and a Junior UX Designer.

Lauren R. attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Design Innovation (BDI) in Media Design.
