Fabiana Baum

Fabiana Baum is an experienced attorney currently serving as an associate attorney with Provost Umphrey Law Firm and as a real estate arbitrator for the Texas Comptroller Office since October 2017. Fabiana has a strong background in business formation and contract review through self-employment and previous roles, including intake attorney at The Eldredge Law Firm and property tax consultant at O'Connor & Associates. Additionally, Fabiana has undertaken significant legal work in immigration law, evidenced by experiences at the University of Houston Law Center, where roles included student attorney and mediator. Fabiana holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
