Ted Fitch has a diverse work experience starting from 1991 when they worked as an Assistant Director of Annual Giving at the University of Washington. Ted then worked as a Consultant at MJM & Associates from 1992 to 2006. From 1992 to 2006, they also worked as the General Manager at Intermedia, Inc., where they managed a team of telemarketers and was responsible for marketing, product fulfillment, and IT infrastructure. Ted Fitch joined ACES, Inc. in 1998 as a Business Manager and stayed there until 2009. In 2006, they joined Qdabra Software as a Senior Project Manager, where they developed and managed an offshore development team. Ted later became the Director of Sales, achieving significant sales growth and implementing sales processes to increase efficiency. From 2011 to 2023, Ted Fitch worked at Prowess Consulting LLC, starting as a Technical Project Manager and progressing to Vice President, Operations, Vice President, Content & Web Services, and finally becoming the President and COO.

Ted Fitch completed their Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Washington from 1987 to 1991. Before that, they attended Eisenhower High School from 1984 to 1987. In their earlier years, Ted went to The British International School in Cairo from 1977 to 1980. In terms of additional certifications, Ted obtained a certification in "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence" from edX in September 2017.
